ok, small 2 bedroom townhouse, but it's cheaper than renting and we can build up equity or something. It hasn't been lived in a while and the yard was overgrown. I watched as the hubby went to work on it. He was all giddy about buying a lawnmower and power tools and stuff. Of course now people are dropping baby hints ALOT. I'm not doing kids until after grad school, they're expensive,time consuming, aggravating etc. My co-worker called me a coward, but she lives in a house with 9 kids (4 are her husbands) and complains about them. I think she just wants me join in her misery
